I've just bought a new Passat Estate (2l Sport TDI) - Only 500 miles on the clock and already
it's spewing out smoke on revving - I had this with my Audi A4 TDI and bought this motor on
the strength of this problem being 'sorted' by the introduction of dual pump technology. I have
no intention of revving the guts out of this thing to 'clear the injectors', as it didn't work on my
A4 and this model is a lot thirstier than the A4 anyway.
Has anybody else experienced the same problem with new V.W TDI engines?
