I have a 2008 passat 2.0 , how do I reset the service indicator after changing the oil , the owners manual tell you to take it to the shop , If a scaner is needed I have a obd 1 / ii with can innova 1302 .HELP the light is a real pain in the butt, the mother inlaw drives the car & iam in a pinch

 

some of them you hold the trip reset in as you turn the key on for 10 sec.
