what performance can be done to my 1992 passat , besides exhaust (which i have already) and where would i find it , stuff like intake,suspension,turbo kits, like i said before i am totally new to this scene, and i have no regrets of buying this car

 

You seem to already have the right idea. I just bought a Chromeintakes Cold Air Intake kit at ebay for under $50. I did the research, read reviews online, and saw several videos on youtube. This gives a sense of what really works. I also just recently bought 16x7.5 alloy wheels with 225-45/16 ZR tires, after reading the "Optimizing" advice of several VW performance guys online. What a difference in the road feel and handling!.. and it looks cool!.. like should have been on the car all along. My next step is to find an inexpensive performance chip that really works and won't damage the engine. Does anyone know about chips?
