I have a 2006 Passat the the two tray drawers on each side of the havard button are stuck. I placed coins in them and they rolled behind them.
Does anyone know how to remove them so I can fix this on my own? The dealer "estimated" the labor to be 3 hours, over $300!

They informed me this is not the first they have had this occur with the Passat.

I have not had this problem, but I do keep coins in those trays. I have started to wonder if that will cause a problem. I can see as they tilt down in the back how they could fall in. Looks like I will have to come up with a new place for coins.
