Low idle speed and intermittent power
hi,
passat 1.8t 1998
my passat has been sitting in the drive since last october as i have been using my BMW. i have been charging the battery and turning it over regularly and all has been ok. however this time after a month the battery is fully charged but it is idling at 420 rpm and when revved is rough and cant hold the revs at a constant level.
Can anyone advise as to what i can do.
