how much for my passat?
Have 01 Passat GLS 1.8L Manual w/137K miles. But engine is virtually new as timing belt snapped ~107K at 70mph. Spent $4k on new (VW dealer installed) head, pistons, etc. So what's the value of my car in a private transaction? I'm thinking of asking $5900. Too high? Too low?
Here area fewcomps:
KBB: $5100 (good cond) to $5600 (excellent cond) @ 137K (body) to ~$7.5-8K @ 30K (engine)
Edmunds: $3700 (good cond) at 137K to $6300 @ 30K
