2012 CC 2.0T TSI R-line DSG

I have a fuse that keeps blowing, F23. Googled and also searched here to see if others had this, couldn't find anyone.

I have the following codes:

P0458 - Evap System Purge Control Valve (N80)
P0691 - Fan 1 Control Circuit
P2009 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1
P2088 - Bank 1 Camshaft A (Intake) Position Actuator
Po245 - Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75)
P0034 - Turbocharger Bypass Valve Control Circuit

Any ideas? My mechanic, who is a VW specialist, is currently stumped.
