I've been scouring various car sites and seen that some of our cars have heated leather, steering wheel controls and chrome strips around the bumpers (is this the highline version?) Can all this stuff just be fitted to a plain Jane SE estate model or would I need to splice into the wiring loom to get them working? Surely VW only made one loom and fitted it to all cars and just left off the bits for the lower models?? Also, did they ever fit cruise control to the B5.5? That's the only thing I'm disappointed with at the moment, NO CRUISE!!!?? What were they thinking!!?
