Ball park figure for a gearbox rebuild?
Fairly certain my 6-speed PD130 has the dreaded diff bearing whine...I don't have the time/facilities/know-how to strip it myself, so think I'll have to go down a garage/specialist route.
Is a rebuild the right idea? Or is it best to try and source a replacement box? Any idea what sort of cost I could be looking at?
