I blew the fuse that takes out the boot release electric windows remote central locking boot and interior lights ( Convenience control unit ) and after a trip to halfords, a VW garage and a search around the net I couldn't find a definitive answer.

Well here it is Fuse 14 and is 10 amp rated

The empty fuse slot circled in red is the fuse I had to replace to get all this working again. There are loads of thread where peeps have said they have done it but can't remember so I took a picture so anyone that does blow that fuse (in my case by messing around with the boot light) can find it straight away

I put all the symptoms in the first line so the search engine should be able to pick it up easily enough.
