Air blower fan works on and off

Default Air blower fan works on and off
On my 91' passat 1,8, my Blower fan works on and off, number 2 and 4 speeds.
I think theres problem inside the control ****. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

OK, now I think the problem is in the blower switch. That small metal prong seems to be the culprit depending on how it contacts the other metal parts.
