I have a 2002 passat 1.8t two wheel drive, automatic, I was driving and the car just turn off and it will not start so i tow it home and the next day i check it and it was the cam chain tensioner plastic pice broke and it bent valves,so i took the heads off and took it to the machine shop and got the head rebuild and got a new tensioner, then i put it back together,it started right up so i turn if off to finish connecting everything together and now it wont start it will turn but wont start,i check the timing, fuel, spark, compression, cam sensor, cranking sensor and is all good,i was having trouble with the oil pump or oil pump chain, what should i check or what you think is making the car not start up? thanks for the help.
