Default 09 passat computer problems ?

Hey guys I am new to this thread so thought I would shed light on my problem and you guys can let me know what you think before I drop a ton of money. I have a 2009 passat which currently has 67,000 miles on it. One morning when I was starting my car the engine sounded like it was stalling out and the check engine light would be blinking and then it would go away. A couple days later it started blinking again and it disappeared. So I decided to bring it into the mechanic and he ran a diagnostic and it came up as something being wrong with my intake manifold. But when he restarted my computer and test drove it the light never came on and it drove fine so he never fixed anything. Two weeks later the engine light came on but it stayed solid and didn't go anyway I went to AutoZone and got the free diagnostics and it came up as cylinder two misfire and so I brought it back over to the mechanic and he ran the diagnostics and it said cylinder one two and four misfiring. When he reset The computer and test drove it again the light never came on and it drove fine. So he ended up replacing cylinder two to see if that would solve the problem. So two weeks later today during the snowstorm we have here I turned on my car and the engine light is a solid light again now. And it has been running fine the past two weeks I am not sure what to do because I do not want to bring it to the Volkswagen dealership and they charge me an arm and a leg any idea what this could be?

Its no use guessing unless we know the error codes the diagnostic test showed. Some faults will be marked Intermittent which means they will come and go randomly.

Post the error codes found?

I've never heard of 9032 Cylinder 2 Misfire what did you use to scan it?

But:

VAG Error Code: 16686
EOBD II Error Code: P0302

Fault Location:
Cylinder 2 - Misfire Detected

Possible Cause:
Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)(K83) active.
Lack/loss of power.
Hard start.
Engine hesitation.

Wiring/Connector(s).
Ignition system.
Fuel injectors.
Fuel pressure.
Running out of fuel.
EVAP canister purge valve.
Evaporative emission system.
Low compression.
Base engine problems.
Engine Control Module (ECM).

Special Notes:
This feature search for engine misfire in a specific cylinder. Most of the time the cause for a misfire is a lack of combustion in a cylinder due to absence of spark, poor fuel metering, or poor compression.

Tech Notes:
The P0302 code means that the cylinder 2 is misfiring or is randomly misfiring. Start by checking for intake leaks an if no leaks are found the next step is to replace the spark plugs on cylinder 2. If the problem persist more tests needs to be done to diagnose problem.

When is the code detected?:
Engine Cylinder 2 is misfiring.

Description:
When a misfire occurs, engine speed will fluctuate. If the engine speed fluctuates enough to cause the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor signal to vary, the Engine Control Module (ECM) can determine that a misfire is occurring.

I got the spark plugs replaced about 5 months ago. Whenever i start my car it feels like its rumbling and the engine light starts to blink, and then it goes away. This seems to happen almost ever single time i start my car.
