what is this part?
there is a hose that looks like it goes to these 2 spots, but i can't figure out what that part is. please assist. This is on a 95 jetta III the part attached to the engine feels like its sucking in air. The silver part doesnt feel or smell like anythihng, is that where it puts in the co2?
