i want to "paint" the inside of my jetta but i need advice on what to buy to get the project done. all i want to paint is the center console by the shifter and the air vents

YOu can go about this project in a million different directions. You could do it professionally with an air brush gun or you can go to the auto parts store get sand paper, primer spray, and the color of your choice spray with a sealer.

Also if you do this the more in expensive way you will need to cover the windshield because over time the items painted will crack.

If i were you i would make sure you can't buy a sticker kit to put over top it's easy, not messy and if you don't like it you can just peal it off. keep in mind when you paint your dash your STUCK.

think hard then research, then execute
