My son used my 2003 jetta and the sat/nav radio requested the access code. He just starting entering numbers and now the radio will not let me put in the access code. It says locked. Does anyone know how to release this so I can enter the code? I have tried disconnecting the battery for two minutes but when reconnected the radio still says locked.

 

Talked with service manager at dealership today, they said to leave ignition on for an hour and the sat/nav safe lock would reset and I could enter the code again. That worked problem solved!
