Exclamation Turn signal stays on solid...

...even when car is off. Already replaced the hazard switch/relay once, which fixed it for about 5 minutes (aka one trip around the block). This is after recently replacing the alternator and alternator fuse strip. 2001 Jetta. Thanks

Thinking it could be caused by loose wiring behind the dash. I really had to pull on the connection to the hazard switch to get enough slack when I replaced it, maybe that could've jarred the wiring into working...then when we took it around the block it shook loose again? Not looking forward to removing the dash but could be a fun project I suppose...
