I keep getting this p0441 evap emission control system purge flow fault. Can give me some advise as to what I can do to fix this problem, or what the cause is? Any advise or help is greatly appreciated.
Jetta VR6 2.8l, 1999 new body style, engine code AFP.

 

Could be a number of things, a pinched line between the intake manifold to purge valve or purge valve to charcoal canister. Or the purge valve itself. Check the lines out for obvious issues.

 

I looked at the lines and they seem to be fine, but when I put gas in the car, take off the gas cap, I have a really hard time starting the car back up. It is almost like the fuel system looses pressure. Where is the charcoal canister on these cars? I have the 2.8l new body style Jetta.
