Im going to try again to ask if anyone knows anything about draining an dfilling the transmission of a 1997 2.0 liter four cylinder jetta any help is greatly needed thanks in advance

It is acutally pretty easy, there is a giant plug in the end of your tranny which sticks out twords the drivers side front tire. That is the fill plug. You will find a plug that looks excatly the same on the bottom of the tranny with a slot for a, I think 17 MM end rench. Its huge and not cheap. Drain all the fluid out the bottom plug and the replace the plug on the bottom. With the front tire off make sure the car is somewhat level. ( like not jacked up in the air) Then using 90 weight oil fill the tranny untill you can see oil come out of the fill hole just a little. This way you don't get too much oil in there to blow the seals.
