Question shaking with cold engine

I have got 2002 Vw Jetta 1.8T. In the mornings when the engine is cold the car shakes when i switch to D or R. And gets normal with switching to N or P. When the engine warms up, the car is perfect.

faulty codes are

P0300 random misfiring
P0301 cylinder 1 misfiring
P0303 cylinder 3 misfiring

the spark plugs and coil packs are ok.
I have cleaned the MAF with contact cleaner which doesnt leave residues.

Injectors also have been cleaned. But the problem still exists.

Does Anyone know what is the problem and how to solve it. ?

Do the codes go away, after the car reaches its normal temp.?? How long has it been, since you replaced the spark plugs? Check your plug wires.

The codes doesnt go away after warming up. it is about 8 months i have replaced spark plugs, however they all are fine now. i have this problem about 1 year. even changing spark plugs(8 month ago) doesnt solved the problem.

What do u mean plug wires? in jetta 1.8T ignition coil packs are on the spark plugs directly, so there is no any wire. the only wires are ones which comes from coils packs and goes somewhere i dont know.
