Default Runs for a few seconds

I changed the Alt. Now it starts then dies,or starts and revs real high.
Sometimes it misfires.
Could leaving the battery unhooked over night cause this?

Well if all you've done is change the alternator now you have these problems recheck what you've done as you could have missed some cables off.

Other than that you need to get your motor scanned for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them.

TY Keith
I always re-check things...This case 3 times. There really was not much to the changing the alt.
No codes were set.
Anyway i took the car to a garage that works on them. I will get back to ya on the results.
