Default power loss

I am ready to bring out my Remington 870 and put this Jetta out of it's misery.
2000 VW Jetta 1.8T Wolfsburg Edition, 5 speed.
Here's the problem. Starting off cold, then engine purrs, but once the engine gets warmed up, stepping on the accelorator causes the engine to skip, breakdown, idles rough, and has no power. I have replaced 2 coils, rebuilt the turbo, cleaned the plugs, tested the fuel pump and fuel preasure and it seems to be OK. What is left? Fuel sensor, air sensor????? Help!!! Thank you to anyone who replies. [:@]
