Please Help Me :/

So, I have a 2001 VW Jetta VR6. This thing is my baby, I love her. In the last two days, she began to make a loud humming noise, almost like the sound of a large fan, whenever I accelerate. It’ll shift, and sound normal. So it only makes the sound when accelerating. Another issue I discovered yesterday, when put into reverse, it will slam, and make a loud clunk sound. I will include links to these sounds. Someone please give me an idea on what could possibly be wrong, and how much it could be to potentially fix her.
