Default Plastic lug caps

2005 jetta. How do you remove the plastic caps off off the lug nuts on the wheels? Allen wrench? What size? Pull them off, unscrew them off? The spare tire kit seems to be missing some items. Please send me a screen shot too if possible of the item used for this. Thanks.

just pull them off
you can put a hook in the hole or pry them with a small screwdriver

Is there a tool that is supposed to be included with the spare tire kit? If so mine is missing.
