1995 Jetta 2.0 has 140,000 miles on it,.changed airfilter and noticed oil on it,.the big hose going too it had a little puddle of oil on the end.Does that motor have aPCV valve and could that could be malfunctioning or is it basically blow-by? thx for any advice
