New to the VW world. Drove a Jeep Wrangler for years and years, and the VR6 is a whole nother beast. There is a popping/clacking sound coming from the motor. It doesnt start doing it until about 3K. It sounds similar to my jeep when the intake manifold had cracked, but my Jeep did it the whole way through. Anybody got any suggestions as to what this may be? Any help would be appreciated, and I can go from there.
