Default No lights to AC Vent Fan Cluster

2004 Jetta GL. I have no lights to the AC-Vent-Fan Switch cluster. All fuses seems to be OK, and I took out five screws but unable to pull out the cluster (see circle) to see if there's a bulb behind it.

Can anyone know how to replace the bulbs?

Yeah you have to have those special little tools from volkswagen. I asked a dealership how much they were and he said $50 but i bought a stereo from crutchfield and they gave me some for free so im pretty sure there a big rip off. My bulbs burned out behind my cluster to, they only charged me $30 for it.
