Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, and am looking for collective expertise. I have the opportunity to buy a 99.5 Jetta with ~76k miles (auto, cd player, heated seats, etc) for a good price. Before I make a decision, however, I am trying to research the car's reliability. I see a varying degree of opinions, but most seem to say the car is not that reliable. It will be used exlusively as a commuter car (about 50 highway miles a day). Thoughts?
