So my 2004 jetta 1.8T engine decided to literally fall out today. Passenger side mount seems to have just broken. Strange thing is my car was in the vw service shop yesterday! Only 30 miles from their shop after they replaced my thermostat and the engine dropped 6"! What can I do about this and why did it happen!!!? I'm so lost haha.

 

You know what you can do? Go to that dealer and throw a F***ing fit and demand that they fixed it because its their fault. Aholes prolly shaved it down while they were in there to ensure you needed to come back, hahaha.
