It has that many points on it and if you buy it I will send the account info so you can recover it to your Xbox and you can change the password. With this many points you can even change its name. It doesn't have any Xbox Live Gold though,microsoft points codes, but other than that its loaded with points. I want maybe like $35.99 or so.
