I have an 02 Jetta I'm rebuilding for someone. It was a partial project that a previous "mechanic" had made a mess of. When I got it, it was stripped from the firewall forward, with boxes of parts all tossed together. I've got the drivetrain about ready to go back in but would like to plumb the AC lines while areas are more accessible.

Does anyone know where to find a detailed exploded view of the AC system so I can see what components are missing and where they go when I find them?

I have what you sent for another vehicle and its the same - they omit AC info because I guess they dont believe anyone without their name on their shirt is qualified to service it. lol

All I need is a list of components and where they go. I have some of the lines (maybe all of them?) and can figure out the rest by sight.

In your User CP - Edit Options have you ticked Enable Private Messaging and untick Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators?

I did, but still do not have the PM option. When I got your PM, it said something like I had used 1 of my 1 limit in my inbox.

Can you normally click on a persons name and get a "send PM" in the drop down?
