jetta steering rack leak 94
Hello,
I am new to this forum and looing for help. I have a 1994 Jetta GLS 2.0 with power steering. The steering rack boots are both torn and leaking steering fluid. Should there be fluid inside these boots? If I replace the boots are there also seals in the rack where the tie rods connect? Any suggestions on where to get the boots? Apparently there are two or more different racks for this car. Can you help me to identify which one I have?
