So I THINK I may have this figured out. I gained access to a VW dealer parts program and found that CCM part number 1C0 959 799 C comes in several versions. 1C0 959 799 C 01H is for the sedan's and 1C0 959 799 C 08A is for the Wagons. Can anyone confirm or disprove this? This would explain why my hatch in my Wagon "pops" like a trunk because my Wagon has the 01H code.

The next question is if it is possible to program these CCMs to the different "color codes" i.e. 08A and 01H? I have seen CCMs that have just the number 1C0 959 799 C and not other codes so it must be programable, but only by the dealer?
