Hello. I own a 01 Jetta TDI. My interior lights are not working not will the driver's door lock with interior door lock switch. I am about to replace the driver's door lock but wonder if it also has something to do with stereo. The previous owner mcgiverd a aftermarket radio but took it with him and now left with a cut up cluster.

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing and check systems out.
