Default How to replace PCV system on a 97 Jetta?

Hello,
I have this 97 Jetta and 1-2 weeks ago started loosing coolant. I couldn't see any leaks under the hood, so I added some coolant to see if was going to lose again. For a few days that I drove the car it didn't lose anything, and then when I didn't drive it for 1-2 days I saw again coolant missing from the expansion reservoir. Looking more in depth I found that the PCV valve and hose are cracked in 3 places, as you can see in the pictures below. I would like to know how can I replace them and if it's worth it to get the replacement parts from the junk yard? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
