Default "fuel delevery" --- problem

howdy -
ive got an 01 jetta turbo and just got the timing belt fixed at firestone . as soon as i drove it off the lot it began having another problem - the engiene revvs to almost dangerous levels just to go from 1 - 2 - then even worse as you shift up.
any hve any idea as to what this may be ?

They didn't have the camshaft and crankshaft at top dead center therefore your timing is off. You need to take it back to them asap.
