Default Front Bumper Pulled Off

Unfortunately, a family member of mine managed to pull over the concrete blocks in front of parking spots and pulled the bumper off on both sides.

Any way I can fix the bumper rather than replace it? The holes on the bumper as well as the plastic to the car have all ripped in a few places.

Holes look like this usually: 0
Now looks like: L)

Hope my "drawing" helps :P

you can fix anything if you have the skill but after you repair the plastic sand itand and pant it you will find you should have just replaced it anyway. ofcorse you could always go the duct tape rout and ,you could do a cool flame job 2.......or a racing stripe ,or strips
