Just a little update,

I finally replaced the thermostat when the temp sensor started leaking around the o-ring, i also replaced the sensor .... flushed the anti freeze and bought g12 phosphate free anti freeze (**** was expensive). Now im running at exactly 190 and it stays VERY consistant. Also with the new CAT converter, coil JB weld, Air filter, Oil filter, and full synthetic 5-w40, my gas mileage has gone from around 20mpg, to a consistant 29. I am so pleased with the cars performance, and wanted to thank all of you for answering my oil, thermostat, and CAT questions. Next to come is the Cabin filter, performance resignator and muffler, and lowering Kit. Hopefully if all goes well, this spring the reiger body kit as well as the supercharger will be installed !!!!!!!!
