Default exhaust question

i found a magnaflow exhaust for my 04 jetta 2.0. they dont have it for my year but i found one for a 03. would that work?

as long as its the same engine it should be fine cause there isnt that many changes from 03 to 04

They are the same. I recommend Autotech's 2.5" 2.0 engine exhaust for your car. It sounds extremely good for a 4 cyl N/A car. Nice and throaty, not ricey.

the only problem you may run into is the older mark 4's dont have the cut out in the rear valance and the 03 and ups do.

They make it with turndown pipes, otherwise you can simply go to a junkyard and grab a rear valence from an 03+
