Auxiliary will not turn on. 2009 Wolfsburg

Hey everyone, I changed the battery in my wife's Wolfsburg yesterday, and now the aux port doesn't turn on. Usually, you hit the CD button twice, and it turns on the auxiliary port. Now it doesn't. Can I fix this, or do I need to take it to a VW dealer?

You really need your motor scanning for any error codes logged in the ecu before we start guessing.

Or you take it to a dealer to be scanned.
