99 "old school" Jetta GL fog lights

99 "old school" Jetta GL fog lights

Does anyone know if a 1999 "old school" Jetta GL is prewired for fog lights? If so, I assume install is as easy as plugging in the fog lights and a new switch with a fog light control.
