my 96 jetta gl automatic will not start and wont even turn over. all acceseries work fine engine wont even click ive tried everything i think it may be ignition swith but i want to make sure before i go out and spend alot of money because im in school and really dont have any anyways LOL so any suggestions would help

 

the switch dosnt go bad in them very often
i would think starter first. use a test light and see if you are geting power to the small wire on the starter when someone else cranks it over
