I am trying to find out how my car stopped recognizing my cell phone and wont connect to each other and I have wifi on and bluetooth searching but it will not connect; what can I do to resolve this problem?

Don't think that making an intro will fix this comment as you've already ask the question.

You need to get your motor scanned (preferably with VAG-COM\VCDS) for any error codes logged in the ecu and post them, that will save a lot of guessing.
