I have a 2007 Jetta, and none of the three 12v power outlets work. I cannot find any fuses that are blown (they appear to be on three separate circuits). While troubleshooting this I find the fuse map in the owner's manual doesn't exactly match what's in the car, but I can't find a bad fuse anywhere in either fuse box.

Ideas?
