2000 Jetta- Electrical Problem

2000 Jetta- Electrical Problem
I have a 2000 vw jetta. It has an electrical problem: The instrument panel lights go out along with my drivers-side taillight. I've tried changing the fuse for them and it works for about 15 mintues and then blows (sometimes sooner). What should I do?
