Default 2000 Jetta 2.0 problem

I have a 2000 Jetta 2.0 127,000 miles,and i have a few codes coming up.
code#p1582 -idle adaption at limit
code#p0117 -engine coolant temperature circuit low
code#p1182 -oxygen sensor
The car runs pretty good, the CEL is on. The car has just started getting terrible gas mileage. The idle is a little rough. The car has trouble starting if I just shut it off and try to start it with in the next few minutes(like it's flooded). Sometimes the idle will jump up to about 2000 rpm and hold (even if i'm driving it).
I just put new plugs in it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The code readout says :Linear oxygen sensor reference voltage short to ground.

probable cause
Poor electrical connection
Failed HO2S
