Default 2.0L blows smoke @ 80 mph

My 2003 Jetta blows smoke at 80mph, it appears to be oil in color (blueish)

When I slow down under 75 it stops.

My first thought is PCV valve, maybe its bad and pressure is building causing it to push oil to the motor and smoking, is that possible???

So I looked for the PVC today, but I dont see one, so where is the PVC?

The car runs GREAT other than that, also I just changed the oil to make sure it was not overfull, and it still does it.

Please help, I really ASAP as dont want to change the head gasket if its something else.
