Default 1999 Jetta wolfsburg major electrical problem

I never ad this problem before it just pop up. i was lucky to end up finding a trick to start the engin.
To start the car i must turn the key all the way to ignition and then press the keydoor remote to open the doors to start the engin.
Or else the car doesn t start just by turning to ignition.
Also, the doors locks themselves and the alarm system shows like it on with the red light on on the side of the drivers window. Plus, the driver window stopped working when that problem occured and it no because of the window regulator.
The only door lock, on the driver dooris supoosed to open all door but it doesnt.
There is no burn fuse and the battery is fine. Everything works besides electrical wise.

Does somebody have a solution or can help me troubleshoot this problem ? please !
