Default 1999 Jetta Front Rt Directional Light

I have a 1999 jetta, front right directional light is not working, how are you supposed to get to it, it is in a very tight spot. I thought it was a bad bulb, but by just pushing on the harness that holds the bulb it comes back on, so the bulb is either loose or the wiring is loose. Either way I am unable to get to it to work on it. Any ideas would be helpful. I wish it were the left one, very easy to work on. Thanks!
