Hey guys... I'm new on here - quick question

I just purchased new 18" black rims for my black 04 Jetta. I want to get some lowering springs and have no idea how much I can lower the car without the tire rubbing the wheel well when I turn... so would 1.5" drop be ok with 18" rims???

I don't want the tire inside the wheel well... I just want the car lower than how it is now with 18s
